The relationship between seller and customer is very important to me and the main reason I chose to produce, package, and ship all orders from my home in Switzerland instead of going for the cheaper and lazier alternative of "print on demand". This way I have full control over the quality of the products and I can create a loving relationship between me and the customer by signing all products and including handwritten thank you notes as well as stickers.
The downside of my method is the increased cost of shipping because the majority of my customers are located outside of Switzerland. Due to this, I have included the shipping fee in the product's price so that people aren't caught off guard by a large additional fee. As compensation, I automatically grant a $15 discount for each item added to your cart beyond the first.
